As we kick off 2026, The Capital is proud to spotlight Women’s Wealth Symposium (WWS), a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit marking its 10th Anniversary with a Wealth Education Event and an expanded, capital-forward day in Dallas this March.
The two-day event is focused on one of the most pressing issues facing women in business today: financial literacy and access to capital.
Taking place March 7–8, 2026 at the Hilton Highland Dallas, the Women’s Wealth Symposium brings together women entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders from across Texas and the country for programming that goes beyond education, creating direct pathways to funding, visibility, and long-term wealth building.
For Texas-based women founders and executives, this milestone year represents a rare opportunity to engage with a national wealth and investment platform—without leaving the state.

Inaugural Purple Diamond Women Pitch Event
The weekend culminates with the first-ever Purple Diamond Women Pitch Event, a new platform intentionally built to move capital not just ideas.
What to expect:
- A curated pitch stage for women-led technology and health companies
- Direct access to accredited investors actively seeking deal flow
- $20,000 Purple Diamond Grant awarded to one founder
- $5,000 Crowd Favorite Grant, selected by attendees
- Exposure to funding pathways, partnerships, and strategic advisors
Despite measurable gains, women founders still receive roughly 2% of venture capital even though women-led companies generate 2x the revenue per dollar invested. The Purple Diamond Pitch Event is designed to interrupt that gap with intention.
Leadership & Vision
This year’s symposium marks a leadership transition as Kelly Resendez, co-founder of GoBundance Women, steps into a new chapter guiding WWS forward alongside partners LeadHERship Global and C-SUITE NETWORK™.
The event was originally founded by Marah Fineberg-Kuck, CFP®, whose vision helped shape WWS into a decade-long force for women’s financial education and confidence-building.
